Every product sold by Prodigy Peptide is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. By placing an order and accepting this agreement at checkout, you agree to the terms below together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every term, do not purchase. If this agreement and the Terms of Service conflict regarding the use, handling, or resale of products, this agreement controls.
1. Intended use
Products are chemical research materials for laboratory use. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
2. No human or animal use
Products must not be administered to, ingested by, applied to, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals, and must not be incorporated into any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic, or diagnostic product. You confirm that you are not purchasing for personal use or for use in any person or animal.
3. Qualified purchaser
You confirm that you are at least 21 years old and are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, or purchase on behalf of one, with the training, facilities, and authorization to handle research materials safely and lawfully.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the storage, handling, use, and disposal of all products, and for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws and requirements, including any import and export rules. We provide no dosing, administration, or usage guidance, and none should be inferred from anything on this site or in our materials.
5. No resale, relabeling, or prohibited claims
You will not resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute products for any use described in section 2, or to anyone you have reason to believe will use them that way. You will not describe or market our products as safe or effective for human or animal use, or attribute any such claim to Prodigy Peptide.
6. Information on this site
Product names, specifications, and technical information are provided for laboratory reference only. Nothing on this site or in our communications is medical advice. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
7. Our status
Prodigy Peptide is a supplier of research materials. We are not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility (503A or 503B), and we do not dispense products for patient use.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prodigy Peptide from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of this agreement or your use, handling, or resale of products contrary to it.
9. Right to refuse and enforce
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, and may close any account, where we believe this agreement is not being met or a product may be used for a prohibited purpose. We may cooperate with regulators and law enforcement where required.
10. Acceptance
Checking the research-use acknowledgement and placing an order constitutes your agreement to this Research Use Agreement. We keep a record of the date and time of your acceptance with your order.
